Payment is due before or at the end of your treatment session; cash, check, Zelle*, or credit card*.
*Credit card payments can be made via a HIPAA-compliant Square Payments system or the Chase Bank mobile app. Zelle cash payments and the Chase Bank mobile app payment system are not HIPAA-compliant; if you choose to use these convenient payment systems, you do so with this knowledge. 

Subscription Plans
Established patient-clients who realize the benefits and are committed to regular maintenance treatments can set up an autopay Subscription on a discounted Weekly, Every-Other-Week, or Monthly automatic payment plan:
- Discount is 10% for a monthly plan, approx. 12% for Every-Other-Week, and 15% for Weekly.
-You may choose a plan with either 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions.
-Your credit card that you provide to set up the Subscription will be charged automatically on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan's frequency.
-The pre-payments never expire and are then used to pay for subsequent sessions.
-Subscription may be cancelled at any time or may be paused for up to 1 month.
-May be started during any established patient-client appointment to take effect beginning with payment for that session.
